Mother of two stamped to death by husband in Bengaluru

A 40-year-old civil contractor in Bengaluru's Nagasandra was arrested for killing his wife Kavya, 35, who was a mother of two during a dispute over ₹2 lakh. Police said he struck her and then stamped on her neck. Neighbours alerted authorities after hearing screams. Peenya police registered a murder case and later nabbed the accused, who had initially fled the scene.
