Motherson Sumi announces expansions, JVs with Matsui and Sanko

Motherson Sumi Systems Limited (MSSL) announced major expansions, including new joint ventures and corporate restructuring. MSSL's subsidiary, SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands, entered into a joint venture with Matsui Mfg Japan to develop manufacturing automation solutions. It also signed two JVs with Japan's Sanko, focusing on sustainable material handling solutions in India and Europe.
