Motilal Oswal, Mukul Agrawal join ₹217 crore AMIC fund raise

AMIC Forging approved a ₹216.99 crore preferential issue of convertible warrants at ₹1,525 each. Proposed investors include Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Mukul Mahavir Agarwal and other investors. The company also approved a ₹3.99 crore equity issue to Kvasa Capital and increased authorised share capital from ₹12 crore to ₹15 crore.
