Motisons allots 54 lakh equity shares on warrants conversion

Motisons Jewellers Ltd approved the allotment of 54,00,000 equity shares to Nexpact Limited following the conversion of 540,000 warrants. The transaction involved receipt of the 75% balance totalling ₹6.89 crores. Consequently, total paid-up capital increased to ₹100.18 crore. Nexpact Limited saw its post-issue holding increase from 0.45% to 0.99% under the Public Category.
