MP BJP leader alleged misconduct with minor at garba event, booked

A BJP functionary in Indore, Kamal Chauhan, has been booked for allegedly misbehaving with a 15-year-old girl at a Garba event on October 15. Police registered an FIR under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act following her complaint. A video purportedly showing him pushing the girl has surfaced online. The BJP has issued him a show-cause notice.
