MP govt hikes stipend for junior doctors from April 2025

Madhya Pradesh government has approved a revised stipend for junior resident doctors in state medical colleges and affiliated hospitals, effective April 1, 2025. Postgraduate students, interns, and senior residents will receive increased payments. The move follows protests led by the Junior Doctors Association, recognizing doctors vital role in providing continuous healthcare services.
