The Madhya Pradesh High Court quashed the NSA detention of brothers Rajendra and Rajesh Thakur, detained in January over alleged public order threats. The court ruled authorities showed "complete non-application of mind" by processing detentions in a single day. Of 14 cases against them, 11 resulted in acquittals before their detention.
