MP HC seeks report after 8 tiger deaths in Kanha National Park

The Madhya Pradesh HC on Friday directed Centre and MP government to provide details about "preventive and curative steps" taken in response to deaths of 8 tigers in Kanha National Park. The directive was issued following a petition filed by Mumbai-based lawyer Subit Chakrabarti. The tiger deaths, linked to Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) infections, were reported between March and May.
