MP Malook quits BSP after 18 years, joins Jayant Chaudhary's RLD

Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor MP Malook Nagar resigned from BSP on Thursday after 18 years. This comes after the party denied him Lok Sabha ticket. "I'll find a new home," he said after resigning. Hours later, he joined Jayant Singh Chaudhary's RLD, which will fight elections with BJP-led NDA. Malook's wife, Sudha, and brother, Lakhi Ram, have also left BSP.
