After India won the T20 World Cup, a video showed Madhya Pradesh Minister Vishvas Kailash Sarang sitting on a moving SUV's roof while holding a Tricolour to celebrate the victory. The video showed his aides standing on the footpeg of the SUV, and dhol beats could also be heard. India defeated South Africa by seven runs.
