MP Ricky Syngkon dies after collapsing while playing futsal in Meghalaya

Meghalaya Lok Sabha MP and VPP leader Ricky Andrew J Syngkon died in Shillong after he collapsed while playing futsal, his party officials said. His associates said Syngkon was participating in a friendly match. PM Narendra Modi said he was saddened by his demise. "He will be remembered for his dedicated service to the people of Meghalaya," he added.
