MP suspends Indore's Vedanta Hospital from Ayushman Bharat scheme

The Madhya Pradesh government has suspended Indore based Vedanta Hospital from the Ayushman Bharat Niramayam scheme over serious violations of guidelines. An inspection found unhygienic operation theatres, lack of emergency services, staff shortage and other irregularities. Authorities warned the hospital may face stricter action if standards are not met.
