MrBeast becomes 1st creator to surpass 500 million subscribers on YouTube

Jimmy Donaldson, also known as MrBeast, has officially become the first content creator to surpass 500 million subscribers on YouTube. MrBeast became the most-subscribed individual creator on YouTube in November 2022, and later became the most-subscribed channel on the platform in June 2024. Jimmy created his YouTube channel in February 2012 and has been uploading ever since he was 13.
