MS Dhoni ruled out of first 2 weeks of IPL 2026 due to injury

Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni has been ruled out of the first two weeks of IPL 2026 due to injury, the franchise announced. The 44-year-old is currently undergoing rehabilitation for a calf strain. CSK will open their IPL 2026 campaign against RR at Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati on Monday.
