MSCI to add 4 Indian stocks, remove 3 from global standard index
Global index provider MSCI will add four Indian companies to its Global Standard Index and remove three, with changes taking effect on September 1. Laurus Labs, Lenskart, Adani Energy Solutions and Groww will enter the index, replacing Balkrishna Industries, SBI Cards and Astral. Following the reshuffle, the number of Indian constituents on the index will rise to 166 from 165.
