MSME contribution in exports increased to 48.55% in FY25: Govt

Minister of State for MSME Sushri Shobha Karandlaje said the share of MSME sector in overall merchandise exports has increased to 48.55% in FY25 in dollar value terms. In FY24, the sector contributed 45.74% in overall merchandise exports. This represents a 6.14% growth year-on-year from FY24. Minister stated GST2.0 will strengthen MSMEs fortifying local supply chains in critical sectors.
