Mukesh Ambani calls for AI self-sufficiency as national mission

Reliance Industries Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani urged India to make AI self-sufficiency a national mission, stressing the need for self-reliance in critical technologies and minerals. He said India should evolve from an AI consumer to a global innovator. Ambani added that Reliance has entered the execution phase of its AI strategy through its "Reliance Intelligence" initiative.
