Myntra Co-founder and former Flipkart executive Mukesh Bansal's healthcare startup CureFit has acquired online health-food delivery startup Kristys Kitchen. The deal, amount of which has been kept undisclosed, took place in both cash and stock. Founded in 2016 by Mukesh Bansal and Ankit Nagori after leaving Flipkart, CureFit is funded by Kalaari Capital, Accel Partners and IDG Ventures.
