Mukul Agrawal-backed KRN to invest ₹235 crore in KHPL

Mukul Agrawal-backed KRN Heat Exchanger will invest ₹235.26 crore in wholly owned subsidiary KHPL by subscribing to 78.42 lakh equity shares at ₹300 per share. KHPL reported FY26 revenue of ₹218.85 crore. FII holding increased to 6.66% in March 2026 from 5.31% in the previous quarter, while Mukul Agrawal held a 1.61% stake.
