Multi-drug resistant bacteria found on space station, has become more potent

Scientists have found a multi-drug resistant bacteria which has evolved and become more potent in the closed environment of the International Space Station. The bacteria named Enterobacter bugandensis may cause health issues to nine astronauts on board, including Indian-origin astronaut Sunita Williams. Thirteen strains of the bacteria, which infects the respiratory system, were isolated from ISS.
