Multiple people get 'Emergency Alert' test message with loud buzzer like sound

Multiple people on Tuesday received a test 'Emergency Alert' message from the government. "This is a SAMPLE TESTING MESSAGE sent through the Cell Broadcasting System by Department of Telecommunication, Government of India. Please ignore this message as no action is required from your end," it said. The alert was received in Hindi and English language with a loud buzzer-like sound.
