8 kg hydroponic weed seized at Mumbai airport, man arrested

Mumbai Airport Customs arrested Amir Ahmed Badsha, a 62-year-old Vikhroli resident, for allegedly smuggling 8 kg of hydroponic weed worth ₹2.80 crore from Kuala Lumpur. The drugs were concealed in 32 aluminium-foil packets hidden inside biscuit packaging in his trolley bag. Investigators are tracking key associates linked to the smuggling network.
