Mumbai Airport to shut runways for 6 hours on November 19

Mumbai airport will close both runways from 11 am to 5 pm on November 19 for annual post-monsoon maintenance. Operator MIAL will conduct asphalt repairs, friction testing, lighting checks, and drainage clearing. Airlines were notified six months in advance and flight schedules have been adjusted to minimise disruptions. A formal NOTAM has also been issued.
