Mumbai-based Dosa chain Benne in talks to raise ₹40 crore: Report

Mumbai-based dosa chain Benne is in talks to raise ₹35-40 crore from Ranjan Pai’s Claypond Capital, Moneycontrol reported. The round is likely to value the company at around ₹350 crore. The investment would mark Claypond’s first foray into the food and beverage space, having backed firms like Akasa Air and Zepto. Benne competes with Bengaluru's The Rameshwaram Cafe.
