Mumbai court grants bail to man accused of raping live-in partner

A sessions court in Dindoshi, Mumbai, has granted bail to a 36-year-old man who was accused of raping his live-in partner. The woman filed a complaint at Juhu police station claiming he raped her, clicked her intimate pictures and also caused a fracture injury. Calling the relationship consensual, court said she filed complaint about injury a year after it happened.
