Mumbai Ganesh mandals get 9-point electrical safety advisory after 2 die of electrocution

The Brihanmumbai Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Samanvay Samiti (BSGSS) issued a nine-point electrical safety advisory to its 12,000 Ganesh mandals in Mumbai. The guidelines cover approved load limits, proper wiring, earthing, ELCBs, insulated cables and electrical inspections. The advisory came a day after two people were killed in an electrocution incident at Kalachowki Mahaganpati in Lalbaug.
