Mumbai Indians appoint Zaheer as Director of Cricket Operations

Indian Premier League franchise Mumbai Indians has appointed former India fast bowler Zaheer Khan as its Director of Cricket Operations. The 40-year-old was part of the Mumbai Indians as a player in IPL seasons 2009, 2010 and 2014. This is the first time that the retired pacer has joined the backroom staff of a team in IPL.
