Mumbai lakes hold 92.24% water stock; 3 reservoirs remain full

Mumbai's seven lakes, which supply drinking water to the city, collectively stood at 92.24% of their total live storage capacity at 6 am on Sunday, officials said. The reservoirs held 13,34,979 million litres of water. Vihar, Tulsi and Modak Sagar lakes remained at 100% live storage, while Tansa reached 99.26%. Upper Vaitarna remained the lowest-filled lake at 82.20%.
