Mumbai Metro 3 extension sees 65,000 ridership on 1st weekend

The newly inaugurated, extended underground Mumbai Metro Line 3 spans from Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) to Acharya Atre Chowk in Worli. On Saturday, till 8 PM, 26,758 commuters had used the extended Mumbai Metro 3. On Sunday, a whopping 32,725 passengers travelled till 8 PM. The overall ridership on both days was over 65,000.
