Mumbai Police impose ban on gatherings of 5 or more people, loudspeakers from Sep 9-23

Ahead of Ganeshotsav, Mumbai Police have imposed prohibitory restrictions across the city from midnight on September 9 to 11:59 pm on September 23. The order bans assembly of five or more people and the use of loudspeakers, amplifiers, musical bands and firecrackers during processions. The restrictions aim to prevent breaches of peace and maintain public order.
