Mumbai Police's Vaze seeks anticipatory bail in Mansukh Hiren case

Mumbai Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Vaze, accused in the alleged murder of Mansukh Hiren, applied for anticipatory bail in Thane sessions court on Friday. Hiren, a car parts' dealer, was linked to an SUV found with gelatin sticks near Mukesh Ambani's house recently. Vaze was on Saturday denied interim protection by court, on grounds that there was evidence against him.
