Mumbai records lowest dengue cases in 5 yrs, cases drop by 86%

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation stated that 873 dengue cases were reported between January and November 2015 in Mumbai and for the same period in 2020, the city has recorded 119 cases, which is the lowest in five years. Dengue cases have dropped by 86.3% in five years. "We oiled stagnant water to destroy breeding grounds of mosquitoes," a BMC official said.
