Mumbai's water problems due to tanker mafia: RN Bhaskar

Journalist RN Bhaskar stated that 26% of Mumbai's municipal water supply is classified as Non-Revenue Water (NRW) meaning there is no information regarding where that water goes. Bhaskar added that this is due to the water being acquired by 'tanker mafia' who then sell the water for profit. He further said that NRW in other countries is around 5%.
