Mumbai-based startup Grump India's Founder Senain Sawant took to LinkedIn to share chats with a young job applicant who called her "bi***". "Hiring horror story," Sawant wrote in her post, adding that the job applicant's "tone was off from the start". "The younger generation is in clear need of strong guidance...I'm appalled by the audacity of this candidate," Sawant said.
