Mumbai to get 2 more ring roads as MMRDA expands proposed network from 7 to 9
The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is planning two additional ring routes, expanding its proposed network from seven to nine. The two rings will together cover about 307 km, but MMRDA won't build 307 km of new roads; instead, the routes will link existing roads. The eighth ring will span 197 km, while the ninth will cover 110 km.
