Mumbai traffic constable held for taking ₹1,700 bribe

A traffic constable, Satish Rathod, was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau for allegedly accepting a ₹1,700 bribe from a rickshaw driver in Mumbai. He had demanded ₹1,500-₹2,000 weekly to allow operations without challans and was caught red-handed during a trap in Ghatkopar.
