Mumbai: Woman, newborn die as C-section done in phone torch light

Shocking details have emerged in the case. The deceased woman's family has alleged that there was a sudden power cut in the maternity home on Monday (April 29) and that the generator didn't work for over three hours. The family claimed that even after what happened to mother and child, another delivery was done in darkness on the next bed.
