Mumbai's Grant Medical College and JJ Hospital to get a museum

Grant Medical College (GMC) and JJ Hospital in Mumbai have started work on constructing a museum in its old heritage building after the Maharashtra government granted a fund of ₹5 crore for the work. JJ Hospital and Grant Medical College was started in the year 1845. The museum will have areas dedicated to history of medicine, artefacts, busts and pictures.
