Munawar Faruqui to perform in Hyd after his show cancelled in B'luru

Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui has announced that he will perform in Hyderabad on January 9, days after his and Kunal Kamra's shows were cancelled in Bengaluru over threats from Hindu groups. The venue of Faruqui's show is yet to be finalised. Recently, Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao had said, "In our city, stand-up comedians get an open invite."
