Murder of democracy: AIMIM's Waris as daughter's name deleted from voter list

AIMIM leader Waris Pathan claimed that his daughter's name was deleted from the voter list, as a result, she wasn't able to cast her vote during the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) election. "This is unconstitutional and a murder of democracy," Waris stated. "It is the failure of the Maharashtra Govt and the fault of the Election Commissioner," he added.
