Musk, not Trump, controls Ukraine's Starlink access: Rubio on blockade row

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said SpaceX and CEO Elon Musk make decisions on Ukraine's access to Starlink. This follows a report claiming Musk ordered a slowdown of Starshield, Starlink's military-grade version, in Ukraine after discussions with President Donald Trump and White House officials. "I'm not aware that we knew about this decision beforehand," Rubio said.
