Tesla CEO Elon Musk signed a letter of intent to sell four of his properties in California listed for $62.5 million to developer Ardie Tavangarian. Tavangarian, known for high-end homes, plans to combine the four properties into a single project, a spokesman for the developer said. In May, Musk tweeted, "I'm selling almost all physical possessions. Will own no house."
