Musk flew to China with Trump despite OpenAI trial judge's warning

The world's richest man Elon Musk, who is a witness in the ongoing OpenAI trial, flew to China with US President Donald Trump despite being warned by a judge that he could be recalled. ​"Mr Musk, you are not excused," the judge said on April 30.
