Musk promised Autopilot despite engineers' concern: Reports

Tesla CEO Elon Musk reportedly promised the automaker's Autopilot feature will offer full self-driving capabilities last year despite safety concerns of its engineers. Tesla Director of Autopilot Sterling Anderson resigned two months after Musk made the announcement in October. When asked about Tesla's decision to market Autopilot as 'full self-driving,' Anderson said, "This was Elon's decision."
