Musk responds to Tesla customer's complaint in 3 minutes, apologises

World's richest person and Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to a Tesla customer's issue within three minutes on Twitter. "Experiencing 500 server error to connect my Tesla Model 3 on my iOS app in Seoul...Seems like it's a worldwide issue," the customer tweeted. Three minutes later, Musk responded "Checking...", and also apologised to the customer after the issue was fixed.
