Musk's SpaceX site may turn into city named 'Starbase': Report

Tesla CEO Elon Musk's plans to turn SpaceX's rocket site in South Texas into a city called 'Starbase' may come true, a report stated. People living near the site on May 3 will vote on whether the site should be turned into a city. Most of the registered voters are SpaceX employees, while the site measures around 960 acres.
