Musk's SpaceX sued over home damage due to rocket tests in Texas

Over 70 Texas residents have sued Elon Musk's SpaceX, alleging that noise and vibrations from its Starship rocket ​launches and landings damaged their homes near company's Starbase facility. Homes and other properties were damaged during 11 test flights conducted between April 2023 and October 2025, lawsuit said. Starship's thrust is nearly twice that of NASA's Space Launch System, it added.
