Musk to face trial for calling Thai cave rescuer 'pedo guy': Judge

Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk's request to dismiss a defamation lawsuit filed by British diver Vernon Unsworth was denied by a judge, following which he is set to go to trial in December. Unsworth, who helped rescue 12 boys from a Thai cave last year, had called Musk's rescue idea a "PR stunt". Musk, in retaliation, called him a "pedo guy".
