Musk's jet emitted 132 times more carbon than avg American: Report
Tesla chief Elon Musk's private jet produced 2,112 tons of carbon dioxide emissions last year, 132 times more than the entire carbon footprint of an average American, according to a report by the Institute for Policy Studies and Patriotic Millionaires. The billionaire took 171 flights and his private jet consumed 837,934 litres of fuel in 2022, the report noted.
