Muslim barbers refuse haircuts to Dalits in UP village

The Dalit community in Uttar Pradesh's Pipalsana village has alleged that Muslim barbers are refusing them haircuts. An incident had occurred between the two groups earlier following which barbers refused to cut their hair, an official said. The barbers reportedly closed their shops following police mediation and a case has been registered against three people.
